Aysha is a third-year Dance & Physiological Science major from Pleasanton, CA. Aysha is excited to continue working on professional-quality performance opportunities for the UCLA Ballet community. Aysha began ballet at the age of 4 and has notably received the highest score of Distinction in intermediate and advanced Royal Academy of Dance exams (UK). A Bay Area native, Aysha has trained at Alonzo King LINES Ballet in San Francisco and danced professionally with Ballet Roots in Pleasanton. She is currently training in ballet, contemporary, martial arts and choreography at the UCLA dance department. Her favorite memory with the Ballet Company at UCLA was dancing in the Spring 2023 show, Transcendence, and making silly Instagram reels!
