Minh-E Lau '23
Director of Finance
Minh-E is a first-year Global Studies major from Singapore, although she has also lived in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, and San Francisco. She did ballet from when the age of 3 until 11, completing the ABRSM Grade 5 exam with merit. She was unable to continue because she moved to a place without ballet instructors, and has always wanted to be able to return to the world of ballet (especially since she stopped right before pointe work started!) Other than reconnecting with her love of ballet, Minh-E is excited to create a supportive and tight-knit community among dancers of all levels, especially since ballet studios can sometimes result in environments of competition and intimidation. Besides the various performances she was involved in when she was younger, Minh-E was on a Foundations Choreography Fall'19 team and performed in the choreo showcase.
